If your selection gives you a green ENROLL Button it is open! If the selection displays an envelope instructing you to CONTACT US, that means the reservation has already filled.

Cancellation policy

There are no refunds or credits for missed lessons. Members are permitted to cancel and exchange ONE lesson per calendar month. The lesson must be exchanged by the end of the following calendar month. We cannot guarantee a particular day, time or coach.

The lesson may be canceled using the parent portal by signing in at www.safetybeforeskill.com or by contacting the scheduling office at scheduling@safetybeforeskill.com or 501-940-1287 between 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday. An exchanged lesson is a FINAL SALE and may not be rescheduled.

How to Cancel/Reschedule

1. Sign in to your client portal at www.safetybeforeskill.com or through the Pike 13 Client Kiosk App.

2. Click on "YOUR STUFF," scroll down to your UPCOMING SCHEDULE, then click on and cancel the appointment of your choice.

3. On the toolbar, click on EXCHANGE LESSONS and select a lesson from the calendar; click ENROLL.

What if Safety Before Skill Cancels?

We will notify you of a pool closure through the RAIN OUT LINE - please subscribe for SMS Alerts. If SBS cancels, it will not count against the client monthly allowable exchange.
