- We require 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled arrival date and time.
- Missed or neglected appointments will result in a charge of the FULL PRICE of the scheduled service.
- There are no refunds or credits for missed lessons.
- Members are permitted to cancel and exchange ONE lesson per calendar month. The lesson must be exchanged by the end of the following calendar month. We cannot guarantee a particular day, time, or coach.
- The lesson may be canceled using the parent portal by signing in at www.safetybeforeskill.com.
- An exchanged lesson is a FINAL SALE and may not be rescheduled.
