Coach Clark joined our team in 2022. His certifications include:

He attends the University of Central Arkansas and he has an energetic approach to the water. He loves working with all ages and stages and excels with beginners!

Coach Kylie joined our team in March of 2025. Her certifications include:

CPR & First Aid

Coach Kylie is a student at UCA majoring in Chemistry and Theatre. She brings 4 years of early childhood experience with her. Her coaching style is nurturing and warm and she is always smiling!

Coach Annie joined our team in September of 2021. Her certifications include:

Star Guard CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding

Swim Angelfish training for Special needs

Coach Annie came to our team with loads of experience teaching 4-7 year old's in group lessons as well as teaching strokes and swim team! Annie is patient and loves to work with beginners or those working to conquer fears.

Coach Brooke joined our team in February of 2024. Her certifications include:

US Swim School Infant/Toddler certification

Coach Brooke is a UCA student and she brings experience caring for children and has over 1,000 hours of experience teaching swimming lessons. Her coaching style is firm but fun!

Coach Emmy joined our team in 2024. She is an honor student at Maumelle Charter and plays softball and basketball. She carries the US Swim School Infant/Toddler Certification. Her coaching style is warm and calm, steady and patient!

Coach Kiersten is a Senior coach and has been with Safety Before Skill since 2016. Her certifications include:

StarGuard Assistant Instructor in CPR, First Aid, AED, and Lifeguarding
Swim Angelfish training for Special needs

She has 8 years of competitive experience, excelling in Breaststroke and Butterfly.

Coach Kierstyn joined our team in February of 2024. Her certifications include:

US Swim School Infant/Toddler certification

Coach Kierstyn is a student athlete at Maumelle High in wrestling and volleyball. She knows sign langauge and serves as a tutor at school. Her coaching style is nurturing and playful and she excels with fearful students.

Coach William joined our team in July 2021. His certifications include:

William is currently a student at UCA with the dream of becoming an educator. William has 4 years experience of coaching a swim team, as well as lifeguarding. Coach William's coaching style is one that leads his swimmers to the desired goal while still having fun while doing it! He enjoys coaching all ages and levels so he can teach everyone how to stay safe in and around the water. Swimming is one of his favorite activities!

Coach Hayden joined our team in the summer of 2024. Her certifications include:

US Swim School Infant/Toddler certification
StarGuard CPR, First Aid, AED, and Lifeguarding

Hayden is an honor student at Central Arkansas Christian School and brings with her 5 years of competitive swimming experience both on her high school varsity team as well as for the Maumelle Marlins. She also has 5 years of babysitting experience. Her coaching style is high energy, enthusiastic and fun!

Coach Marlee joined our team in 2017. Her certifications include:

Coach Marlee has 7 years of coaching experience and has been swimming her whole life. She is currently attending UCA pursuing a Nursing Degree. When she isn't swimming, she enjoys hiking, walking her dogs, and visiting family.

Coach Aksel joined our team in May of 2025. His certifications include:

US Swim School Infant/Toddler certification

Coach Aksel is an honor student and athlete at LR Central High School a member of the National Honor Society. He brings 6 years of competitive swimming experience on the Dolphins and experience coaching youth lacrosse.

Coach Cannon joined our team in May of 2025. His certifications include:

US Swim School Infant/Toddler certification

Coach Cannon is an honor student and athlete at Maumelle High School. He brings 8 seasons of competitive swimming experience with the Arkansas Marlins as well as coaching experience. His favorite stroke is the Breasstroke. Cannon has also served as a volunteer for Special Olypics Arkansas and leads small groups at church.

Coach Tyler joined our team in March 2025. His certifications include:

US Swim School Infant/Toddler certification
American Red Cross Lifeguarding

Coach Tyler has been a competitive swimmer for over 8 years, and is a Team Arkansas Junior Olympics Champion and he also swam for Henderson University. He brings 3 years of swim instruction and lifeguarding. A father of a five year old daughter, his coaching style is warm, calm and encouraging.

Coach Hailey joined our team in March of 2025. Her certifications include:

US Swim School Infant/Toddler certification

CPR & First Aid

Coach Hailey has competitive swim team experience and also brings with her 2 years of early childhood education experience, working with ages one through four. She loves Freestyle and Backstroke the most and has a firm but fun coaching style.
