Coach Marlee joined our team in 2017. Her certifications include:

Coach Marlee has 7 years of coaching experience and has been swimming her whole life. She is currently attending UCA pursuing a Nursing Degree. When she isn't swimming, she enjoys hiking, walking her dogs, and visiting family.

Coach Michelle joined our team in June of 2021. Her certifications include:

US Swim School Infant/Toddler certification

Michelle is a mom to a hearing-impaired daughter, who she enjoys sharing her love of swimming with. She believes that learning should be fun and enjoys working with all ages, especially the littles! Michelle has experience working with a wide range of special needs and accommodations. Michelle is also fluent in American Sign Language.

Coach William joined our team in July 2021. His certifications include:

Starguard Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid Certification

StarGuard CPR, First Aid, AED, and Lifeguarding Instructor

William is currently a student at UCA with the dream of becoming an educator. William has 4 years experience of coaching a swim team, as well as lifeguarding. Coach William's coaching style is one that leads his swimmers to the desired goal while still having fun while doing it! He enjoys coaching all ages and levels so he can teach everyone how to stay safe in and around the water. Swimming is one of his favorite activities!

Coach Annie joined our team in September of 2021. Her certifications include:

Star Guard CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding

Swim Angelfish training for Special needs

Coach Annie came to our team with loads of experience teaching 4-7 year old's in group lessons as well as teaching strokes and swim team! Annie is patient and loves to work with beginners or those working to conquer fears.

Coach Katie joined our team in April of 2021. Her certifications include:

Coach Katie has an outgoing and encouraging personality with over 10 years of experience as a lifeguard and swimming instructor. She loves the outdoors and all things girl scouts too!

Coach Bailey joined our team in 2022. Her certifications include:

StarGuard CPR, First Aid, AED


She attends Central Baptist College on an academic and athletic scholarship and when she is not swimming, she is playing soccer or hiking. She hopes to attend Veterinary School.

Saylor is a Senior Coach and joined our team in 2018. Her certifications include:

StarGuard CPR, First Aid, AED, and Lifeguarding

She has years of competitive swim experience and excels at all of the strokes. She can do it all from babies to adults and her coaching style is quiet, firm but pleasant and very honest. She gets to know her students well.

Coach Jodie joined our team in May 2020. Her certifications include:

Jodie has about 13 years of swim experience and is a full-time social worker Jodie enjoys teaching kids and adults of all ages, especially infant and preschool ages. Her coaching style focuses on building trust. She is very patient with those who have a fear of the water and take progressive steps to build their trust, confidence, and skills. She leads our adult program and teaches our lifeguard certifications courses as well.

Coach Anna is a Senior Coach, and she joined us in the Spring of 2019. Her certifications include:

She brought with her 5 years of competitive swimming experience. She enjoys other sports like basketball and golf, and she has given 3 years volunteering at her church's nursery. Anna's favorite part of coaching with us is seeing the progress each individual makes, and knowing that we're saving lives! She is a student at Arkansas State University during the school year and joins us in the summer.

Coach Carter started with us in the Fall of 2019. His certifications include:

Carter is a senior at Catholic High with an extroverted and animated personality. The littles love him as he builds trust easily. His favorite stroke is breaststroke. Best with ages 2 and above.
