The new Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from Health and Safety International (HSI) gives teenagers and young adults everything they need to know for safe and successful babysitting.

Perfect For Teens and young adults interested in a babysitting business, or who have responsibility for younger family members.

This course also includes certification in Adult, Infant, and Child CPR and First Aid.

Ages 10+

Online + 2.5 Hours of Classroom

It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA workplace or other regulatory requirements.

This class is taught in a blended learning format and the online portion (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) must be completed prior to attending the Instructor-led skills session.

Upon successful completion, a valid 2-year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.

We will bring our CPR Certification to your workplace or community group.

Must have at least 6 students enrolled. Tuition is $55.00 per student.

Will include a stipend for travel and gas based on location.

This is a pre-competitive program for ages 6-12

Tuition is $135.99 per month on auto-draft

Participants must be able to swim the length of the pool on their own with submersion and float independently.

We learn swim team drills, vocabulary, circle swimming, starts and turns, and the basics of each stroke while we build endurance.

This Lifeguard Certification Course uses Starguard Elite and is valid for 1 year. The certification includes CPR for Adults, Infants, and Children, Automated External Defibrillator, Epi-Pen, and Advanced First Aid.

Candidates must pass the swim test to certify.

We use the blended learning approach which combines online modules to reduce your time in the classroom. Participants must complete online modules (about 4-8 hours) prior to class. Students will receive an invitation to the online modules within 48 business hours of registration.

Ages 15 and above.

*If you are renewing your certification with Starguard, you will need to attend the entire course, however, your tuition is significantly reduced. check your email or give us a call for your coupon code to get the renewal price.

*if you are an existing lifeguard with American Red Cross or Ellis and Associates, you will need to register as a new student.

A parent is required to accompany each child in the water.

Please have the child wear a reusable swim diaper.

PASSE is a program that serves Medicaid clients with complex behavioral health, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.

Can't commit to a weekly schedule or find a package that works for you? Want to pay as you go?

Choose openings from our A La Carte Calendar and swim when it is convenient for you. These lessons are the same length and price as our recurring lessons and you book and pay as you go, which provides greater financial flexibility!

A La Carte lessons are great for busy families, those with custody agreements, monthly refresher lessons, or for those who wish to ADD EXTRA practice to their recurring package.

Coaching availability varies, however, our coaches keep a log on every swimmer so we will always know what stage you are on, so SWIM ON - A La Carte!

You may purchase a pass for $10 per person.

These are NOT lessons and a parent MUST accompany children into the water. There must be a 1:1 ratio of adult per child.

Ages 4 months - 5 years; A pass for $35.00 provides 4 visits. Or, pay $10 for single visits. Purchase as many passes as you like!


Looking for extra time in the pool with your water baby or water tot? For every 30 minutes of lessons, they need an hour of playtime in the water in order to progress at their best pace. Time spent in the water also promotes growth and development in other areas such as:

· Cognition
· Motor Planning
· Language
· Memory
· Balance & Strength
· Visual Perception & Spatial Awareness


Enjoy 30 minutes in the water with access to all of our enrichment items in our indoor heated pool. Best of all, Swim Gym activities strengthen the parent-child bond and emotional well-being, building a sense of connection with parents and caregivers all while enriching our swim lessons!

This is NOT a learn-to-swim class. An adult is required to accompany each participant in the water and each child must wear a HAPPY NAPPY diaper over their own swim diaper.

Our certified coaches will bring our program to your home pool for private lessons.

Each lesson meets once weekly for 30 minutes.
